What is Microblading?
Microblading is a procedure categorised under semi-permanent makeup, but unlike traditional cosmetic tattooing, it is less invasive and is considered semi-permanent. Microblading typically lasts 6 -18 months, depending on skin type and skincare routine. The procedure is done using a hand tool with ultra fine needles and each 'hair' is gently etched into the skin, giving an incredibly natural and realistic look. Microblading is excellent for those wanting to enhance their brows or who have little to no eyebrows, thinning brows from age or over tweezed brows. Pigments used are chosen to match the natural or desired brow colour and skin tone will also be taken into consideration. For more information about microblading, visit our Care Guides page.
A £50 deposit is required to confirm all appointments, including consultations. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment fee if you decide to go ahead.
A patch test must be conducted at least 24 hours before the microblading procedure. A kit will be posted to you once your booking has been confirmed.
The first session lasts 2:30-3 hours and a touch up lasts 1:30-2 hours.
We strongly advise prospective new clients to book their first Microblading appointment at least 3-4 months in advance of Vacations, Weddings, and special occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your Initial Microblading Appointment as well as a Touch-Up Appointment 2-4 Weeks after.
Microblading is a two step process. Brows look really finished after the 2nd appointment!
Your touch- up treatment is included in the price of any new treatment and must be booked within 4 weeks after but within 8 weeks of initial treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend within this time frame otherwise any treatment outside will be charged for the touch-up session. Please note that scheduling of the touch-up will be booked after your first session if you need to reschedule it is not guaranteed that you will get an appointment within the 8 weeks and you might incur an extra charge of £80.
On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment. Or from incorrect aftercare taken they will be charged accordingly.
There are no implied or written guarantees if you do not take care of your treatment, and everyone heals differently. I Do Not Offer refunds as I have carried out the treatment at a cost.
Failure to show up to the booked appointment without adhering to the cancellation policy will result in a charge of £50. This charge applies to clients who don't give sufficient notice for rescheduling or cancellation. The charge will need to be paid before an appointment can be rebooked.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment at any one point.
